Pizza on the Park is a true community restaurant; we work with a wide range of incredible Bristolian talent – food suppliers, brewers, artists and crafts people. With the sad closure of many Bristol restaurants, we were able to put a team together with the very best talent in Bristol. Our pizza is a thin and crispy Roman style. Our pizza dough is made on site every day, proved for a minimum of 48 hours, then topped by our pizzaioli who cook every pizza in our oven to order. The 48hr proving means we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast in our dough, so our pizzas are light and easily digestible.

Just a quick day out in Bristol and found Pizza on the Park by chance. Absolutely stunning food and service. The Pizzas are made pretty much in front of you and are amazing.

Our open kitchen spans almost the entire length of the building, showing the chefs working in unison to deliver a quick service. Our chicken burgers are also made of 100% chicken breast and we use the Stake Cut Bacon to make the most delicious Burgers in the sorounding area.
