Completed the Running Coaching sessions with Ben, who was absolutely fantastic. I came with a re-occurring injury, which in the first session he pinpointed the cause – my running style.

Ben did an excellent job working on my running technique to deal with a recurring knee injury. So far I have been able to run further and further with no knee pain. Once my technique was analysed it was obvious (even to me) what the problem was and it has taken some time and practise to work on this.

Not only is she fantastic at what she does, she is friendly, easy to chat to, remembers everything about you, and listens to you and what you want. Sarah on reception also always brightens my day when I come in she is so so lovely I look forward to seeing her at the start and end of each appointment. Couldn’t recommend them more if you need a physio to take a look at something.

Treatments are already helping my recently diagnosed fibromyalgia, and I appreciate the individual exercise plan. Staff are friendly, professional and caring. Premises feel very safe.

Her knowledge is exceptional. she really listens to what’s going on and understands how to help. She is not only helping me with a current injury but in doing so, she has explained physiological weaknesses from previous injuries that have compounded it and we are working on them as a whole.

I have found the booking process and flexibility very helpful with a busy job. The actual treatment has been exceptional. The problems were identified quickly and accurately and the treatment tailored to my own needs.

Really impressed with Vicky and the service at comfort health. I had numerous appointments elsewhere where nothing really helped. Vicky is so professional and made me feel in safe hands straight away whilst making sure she tailors each visit to what will help long term.
