Most of my jewellery is Diana Porter, it’s my favourite jewellery and worn by all the women in my family. Using my own diamonds and white gold, the Diana Porter team designed and created my engagement ring. I couldn’t be happier with the ring and the communication was excellent.
I recently bought some beautiful sibyls for my daughter’s birthday. Diana’s team could not have been more helpful, from ordering through to making special arrangements for them to be collected. Chloe and the team at Clifton Rocks have done a superb job of remodelling my old gold jewellery that had sentimental value, but was too old fashioned for me to wear. They took the time to understand what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the design process to check I was happy with the way the piece was shaping up.

Clifton Rocks created this fantastic piece for me as a commission. I came with no clear idea what I wanted and all staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with what would make the best result.

My partner bought my engagement ring from Clifton Rocks back in summer 2020 and the team were so helpful. The design was exactly what he was looking for and they gave him a choice of different gems and helped out with recommendations.

We are a family run business situated in bristol. Our trusted shop has been running for a number of years, specialising in buying and selling second hand gold. Fraser Hart Jewelers has an in-house workshop where we do the majority of our repairs and alterations. Some items may need to be sent away but in most cases jewelry can be mended or altered on the same day. It is best to come into our store with your jewelry for advice and an accurate quote.

Myself and my wife recently purchased a watch from Fraser Hart Cabot Circus branch. We dealt with a member of staff called Saif, his customer service is first class! He’s also very knowledgeable about the products on sale which is refreshing.
Tom and Tasha were great at talking me through the process of buying an engagement ring. Made me really comfortable with everything and ended up with a lovely ring.
