I discovered The Hampton Clinic after searching a lot for a place I can trust. From the entrance to the clinic I was surprised by the appearance of the clinic, so clean and luxury everything and the girls are so polite.

As a trans woman, I felt welcome and treated with courtesy at the clinic. I took 6 sessions of laser hair removal, covering most of my body, and I’m thrilled with the results. While it was undeniably painful at times, especially on the face, Dr Brad did everything he could to help me manage that and was ready with a comforting word.
I had numerous, Ellanse injections every injection provided did not improve one wrinkle on my face. I also had BOTOX injections in my forehead, I was promised the injections of BOTOX would not affect my eyes my eyes now look terrible.
All I can say is wow! Dr Brad was very welcoming, explained my options thoroughly for my cherry hemangioma removal to help me make the best decision about my treatment.

Staff is and treatments are great but there are a few things which need improvement. A message could be sent to customers a day before the appointment so that the person doesn’t forget and prepares for it. Also I don’t like their policy how they charge it as a wasted treatment if you don’t show up. There could be penalty to improve that.
The technician took time to explain the various treatment options and products I could use to enhance my skin. I also felt under no pressure to buy
Just finished my 9 course of treatments for laser hair removal and can honestly say I am very pleased with the results! Every time I visit this place I’ve always felt welcome, and the staff are very friendly and go that extra mile. Lilian is a star! They are very helpful and always point you in the right direction.
